Man accused of inappropriately touching teen at Shawnee store

OLATHE, Kan. — A Johnson County man is in jail facing charges of sexual assault in two separate incidents, one of which dates back to December, and the most recent that involves a minor.

Shawnee police officers arrested Oshea Ross, 26, on Thursday night, accusing him of inappropriately touching a teenager inside a popular discount retail store. That incident is said to have involved a child younger than 16 years old.

On Friday, a judge appointed a public defender for Ross. Ross’ mother, Vickie Williamson, told that judge her son can’t afford an attorney.
