BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) – Law enforcement officials in Blue Springs say they need the community’s help to identify an individual who abandoned a dog over the weekend. The Blue Springs Police Department announced on Sunday, Jan. 28, that Animal Control needs the community’s help in an animal abandonment case.
