LIBERTY, Mo. (KCTV) – Police in Liberty found missing a woman they believed to be suffering a mental health episode after a nearly 21-hour search. The Liberty Police Department says it needs the public’s help to find missing April Albert, 45, who was last seen in the 200 block of Ruth Ewing Rd., near Cedars of Liberty, around 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 28.
