I remember the first time I ever had LC’s Bar-B-Q. It was so good. Its Facebook page states it’s old school barbecue. Whatever it was, it was good enough for me to go back. Is it healthy to eat every day? Probably not, so don’t go every day.
LC’s has been doing its thing since 1986. Known for its pork or beef burnt ends, LC’s also has sandwiches and a variety of meal options including portions of ribs. Visit here for the full menu. If you’re a fan of LC’s Bar-B-Q sauce, seasoning, or apparel, visit here.

When you see the building, remember the phrase, don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s not a fancy building, but good food being cooked and prepared doesn’t need to be in one.
Barbecue goes way back to well over a century ago in Kansas City. There are so many fine eateries in the city serving up make-your-mouth-water barbecue. When you visit the different venues, you get an experience of their culinary art when it comes to barbecue.
