The 28-year-old is an athlete in her own right , taking her college soccer career pro when she played at UMF Afturelding in Iceland. However, by the end of her first season, she said she “truly began to fall in love with being in the gym more than being on the soccer field” on her website .
She took her passion for fitness and her Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and became a certified personal trainer who now runs an at-home workout program called Brittany Lynne Fitness. She also serves as a minority owner on the Kansas City Current, a professional women’s soccer team. She and her husband, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes , helped fund their new stadium—the first built specifically for a women’s team.
