KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – An investigation is underway after emergency crews responded to a Kansas City neighborhood and found a baby’s body. The crews were called to a house near East 41st Street and Forest Avenue around 1:30 p.m. Friday and found the infant. The child was unresponsive when police arrived.
