KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Tuesday around 1:30 a.m. officers were called to the area of 57th and Michigan on a report of people prowling around cars. While en route, the call was upgraded to a sound of shots in the area of 55th and Michigan. The call was again upgraded to an ambulance en route due to a body lying in the street.
