The first round will roll through early this morning between 6 AM and 10 AM mostly southeast of Kansas City, but a shower or thunderstorm is possible across the metro between 7 AM and 9 AM. The remainder of the day will be mostly sunny and storm free with the exception of a second round of storms that may develop in the vicinity of Clinton and Warsaw across central Missouri. between 4 PM and 7 PM. If this second round of storm does develop, large hail, damaging wind or a tornado will be possible.
