NBA legend Paul Pierce recently commented that the Chiefs are the Ravens’ “daddy.” However, when questioned about the lopsided nature of their matchups, Jackson sharply dismissed the notion.
Undoubtedly, it was a vexing game for the Ravens, who entered the season as the top seed with high expectations but suffered a lackluster loss to Kansas City in the AFC Championship game.
A similar sentiment prevailed in the Week 1 opener; when a reporter inquired post-game whether the Chiefs are the Ravens’ kryptonite, Jackson quickly denied it, as reported by ESPN.
