Chiefs President Makes Big Admission on Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift was once again in attendance to support boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce during the team’s Week 1 opener at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

After “The Swift Effect” carried the NFL, and the Chiefs, to new heights in 2023, some are wondering what the plan is for the 2024 season.

When asked recently by Front Office Sports whether the organization has taken any measures to brace for Swift’s wide-ranging impact, Chiefs president Mark Donovan made it clear that the team is trying to be respectful of the power duo.

“She wants to be a fan, right” Donovan said in September. “This is her off time. She wants to be there to support Travis. We’re going to create that opportunity where we provide that.

“This is another conversation we had with Travis. We did our very best to respect the relationship. We’re not trying to capitalize on this. We’re trying to celebrate it, but it’s not about doing too much or showing her every touchdown or anything like that.”

Swift, 34, and Kelce, 34, first went public with their relationship in October 2023.
