KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A months-long investigation led law enforcement officials to uncover multiple firearms and a stolen vehicle before the culprit was arrested. Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court documents filed on Wednesday, Sept. 4, revealed that Adrian E. Richardson, 21, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection to multiple robberies.
