OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) – Just before 4:00 Friday morning fire and police were called to the scene of a possible arson in South Overland Park on Outlook Street. Neighbors called after hearing gunshots and seeing a small house fire in the Sylvan Lake Subdivision, across from Blue Valley High School between Nall Ave. and Metcalf Ave. off 159th Street.
