KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The man behind a string of armed robberies over the summer, in both Kansas and Missouri, has been arrested and remains behind bars. Probable cause documents filed with the Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court indicate that Marquise L. North, 30, of Kansas City, has been arrested and charged for a series of armed robberies.
