KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Law enforcement officials are asking for the community’s help to find a man who went missing near a Kansas City trailhead more than a month ago. The Jackson County, Missouri, Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday, Oct. 2, that it needs the public’s help to find missing Charles J. Nowlin, 43, who has not been heard from in more than 40 days.
