KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – An investigation has opened after one man was found deceased following a morning shooting in Kansas City, Kansas. The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department says that just after 7 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, emergency crews were called to the area of 49th and Dickinson Rd., near the BPU Nearman Creek Power Station, with reports of a shooting.
