KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Summer-like heat will continue for the remainder of the week with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures in the middle 80s. The weekend will be split into two distinct seasons: summer and fall. Sunshine will see high temperatures on Saturday climb into the middle 80s, while winds shifting to the north behind a strong cold front on Sunday will result in high temperatures struggling to make it out of the 60s. The mornings will also become quite chilly next week with lows in the 30s and 40s Monday through Thursday. High temperatures during this stretch will also reflect the month by topping out in the 60s. There is no chance of rain over the next nine days.
