KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The driver allegedly behind the wheel of a speeding pickup has been charged for a fatal collision along a Kansas City roadway over the summer. Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Nov. 7, indicate that Terry L. Clark, 64, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection to a fatal collision over the summer.
