LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. (KCTV) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol said four cars and four drivers walked away from a crash on I-470 Tuesday. At 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, all four cars were driving north on I-470 at Woods Chapel Road, about five miles south of Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence.
