KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A person of interest is in custody after an early December hit-and-run in Kansas City led to the death of a 46-year-old pedestrian. The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department announced on Thursday, Dec. 16, that one individual has been taken into custody for questioning following a hit-and-run collision near the area of 83rd and Troost Ave. in early December.
