Woman set to face charges in connection to fatal 2023 collision

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – One woman is set to face charges connected to a 2023 collision that took the life of a woman walking along a Kansas City street. Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Jan. 2, have revealed that Anevay F. Lemus, 21, of Kansas City, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with a collision that took the life of Michelle R. Dunmore.
