KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A first appearance has been held for a woman wanted in connection to a Kansas vehicle fire after she was found and arrested in Missouri. Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, Jan. 3, have revealed that Kylah, R. Medley, 28, who was wanted for arson out of Johnson County, Kansas, was found and arrested in Kansas City.
