NORTH KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man who had been walking on the shoulder of I-35 in North Kansas City was injured after a 92-year-old driver hit him. The Missouri State Highway Patrol indicates that around 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8, emergency crews were called to the area of southbound I-35 and Armour Rd. with reports of a vehicle-pedestrian collision.
