Kansas City, Mo. — KC PAWS, which stands for KC Protective Animal Welfare Society, is a small animal shelter located in the Waldo neighborhood, just south of downtown Kansas City.
Meghan Tallman, a dog-lover who has not only referred animals to the shelter but adopted her very own, has nominated KC PAWS for the FOX4 Pay it Forward award for its service to the community and animals around the metro.
