KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Kansas City authorities are showing that what “tows” around comes around as they take the next steps to crack down on predatory towing.
The Kansas City Police Department posted that as part of an ongoing property crimes investigation, detectives had several tow trucks towed on April 25. The vehicles are suspected of being used for illegal, predatory towing practices across Kansas City.
KCPD did not specify how many trucks were towed or who they belonged to, but said “charges are possible.”…
