KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City woman could spend more than a decade behind bars after she allegedly bit a police officer who tried to stop her from tampering with his car.
Clay County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, April 23, indicate that Shanetta Bossell, 38, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with the incident.
