KANSAS CITY, Mo. β According to the American Cancer Society, 154,000 Americans will be diagnosed with colon cancer this year alone. But perhaps the more concerning trend is that more and more younger adults, in their 20s and 30s, are getting diagnosed.
Since the mid-1990s, there has been a consistent annual increase of 2% in new cases among people between 20 and 39-years-old.
