KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man has been arrested in connection with an April shooting that could land him in prison for 45 years.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, May 7, indicate that Terry A. Potts, 49, of Kansas City, has been charged after he allegedly shot a man in the back.
