KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Grandview man has been accused of attempting to strangle a woman as he dragged her inside a Kansas City hotel room.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Saturday, June 21, indicate that DeAndre M. Nolen, 26, of Grandview, has been charged with kidnapping in connection with the incident.
