KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office has announced felony charges against two men accused of killing a teen in late 2023.
According to court documents, SirMichael Harbin, 19, and Montell Essex-Benjamin, 21, are each facing one count of second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action.
