A Kansas City, Missouri, resident has been sentenced in federal court for participating in a conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and launder illicit proceeds.
Jose Amparan, 22, received a 10-year sentence in federal prison without the possibility of parole. The sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Roseann Ketchmark.
