21-year-old driver hit by car going highway speeds dies at scene of crash

SUGAR CREEK, Mo. (KCTV) – Two people were injured and a third was killed Friday in a serious car crash just south of the Missouri River.

The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. on June 27, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
