Stolen vehicles from across Kansas tracked to home of 19-year-old already on trial

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Investigators recently tracked a stolen vehicle to the home of a 19-year-old already on trial for the theft of a car, as several more were found.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Saturday, June 28, indicate that Durandis Adams, 19, of Raytown, has been charged in connection with the theft of several cars from lots across Kansas and Missouri.

A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that on May 29, law enforcement officials were called to the Car City Car Lot at 1014 W. 103rd St. with reports that multiple vehicles had been stolen…
