KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – A teen has been identified as the victim of a deadly shooting in Kansas City, Kansas, this past weekend.
On Tuesday, the Kansas City Kansas Police Department said 19-year-old Jesse Marquez was shot and killed in the city’s 10th homicide of the year.
