KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – An investigation has opened after a man became unresponsive with police by his side while waiting for an ambulance and ultimately died.
The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department says that just before 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, emergency crews were called to the area of 38th and Baltimore Ave. with a report of a person needing medical attention.
