KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Leaders in Kansas City, Missouri, are working on a plan that would restore the flooded, Historic Swope Park pool.

Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas says that after recent inquiries about the closure of the Historic Swope Park Pool. In short, flooding is the issue.
