KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Kansas City man accused of stealing copper from a train that caused $30,000 in damage.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, July 22, indicate that Joseph R. Spencer, 52, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with the crime.
