17 arrested in latest Kansas City street racing, sideshow crackdown

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Police Department said Monday that 17 people were arrested over the weekend across popular entertainment districts.

An undisclosed number of those arrests were made as part of ongoing efforts to reduce sideshows and street racing.

Additionally, officers issued 29 citations and towed 15 vehicles, including ATVs.
