Police search for Kansas City man who fatally shot mother’s boyfriend over the weekend

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Police are searching for a Kansas City man accused of fatally shooting his mother’s boyfriend over the weekend.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, July 29, indicate that Lee W. Burks III, 30, of Kansas City, has been charged with murder.
