KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Hy-Vee Stores are among area grocers to now accept SNAP/EBT payment for online grocery delivery.
SNAP, or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, is a federal program that provides food benefits to low-income individuals and families. EBT, or Electronic Benefits Transfer, is the system used to distribute and access those SNAP benefits.
