KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A new lawsuit filed against Family Dollar claims owners knew the Kansas City location was not structurally sound before the roof collapsed.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Friday, Aug. 1, have revealed that Tammy Martin, a customer injured by the fatal roof collapse, has filed a lawsuit against Family Dollar for negligence.
