KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A woman is behind bars after she allegedly set two vehicles on fire in Kansas City.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Sunday, Aug. 10, indicate that Shonda M. Williams, 42, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with the incident.
