KC man sentenced to 40 years for fentanyl trafficking, 3 deaths

A Kansas City, Mo., man has been sentenced to 40 years in federal prison without parole for distributing fentanyl that caused three overdose deaths in Belton and Raymore, Mo., as part of a drug-trafficking conspiracy.

U.S. District Judge Roseann A. Ketchmark sentenced 25-year-old Tiger Dean Draggoo on Wednesday. Draggoo pleaded guilty on Oct. 16, 2024, to one count of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and three counts of distributing fentanyl resulting in death.
