KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man accused of following a woman off a Kansas City bus before he allegedly stabbed and robbed her is now behind bars.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Saturday, Aug. 9, indicate that Edward E. Washington, 41, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with an armed robbery.
