KC man sentenced on federal gun charge from Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 24-year-old Kansas City, Missouri man was sentenced in federal court on Thursday after pleading guilty to federal firearm charges connected to the deadly shooting at the Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade last year.

U.S. District Judge Beth Phillips sentenced Fedo Antonia Manning to five and a half years in prison without parole, to be followed by three years of supervised release, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Back in April, Manning admitted that he knowingly and willfully joined in an agreement to sell firearms to individuals who were prohibited from possessing them under federal law.
