An 11-year-old girl from Olathe, Kansas, was seriously injured Saturday afternoon in a boating accident at Table Rock Lake south of Branson West.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident happened at 3:47 p.m. near Point 5 on the lake. Authorities said the girl had jumped off a 2022 Crest pontoon to help another swimmer when she was struck by the propeller.
The girl was wearing a life jacket at the time of the incident. She was transported by air care to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries…
