KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Children’s Mercy Hospital announced the opening of its new Partial Hospital Program (PHP), which is designed to support children and adolescents facing mental health challenges.
The program aims to bridge the gap between inpatient and outpatient services, offering a more intensive level of care for children and adolescents who do not require full hospitalization but need more comprehensive treatment than traditional outpatient programs can provide.
