Hundreds of new apartments planned for Kansas City Northland near airport

A plan for hundreds of new apartments in the growing Northland is moving forward.

The Port KC Board of Commissioners signed off on a proposal from Quadrant Communities on Monday for the $46.5 million Tiffany Square Apartments project, just northeast of Interstate 29 and 152 Highway off Old Tiffany Springs Road just south of Kansas City International Airport.

The project will include a mix of market-rate studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms, totaling 228 units. Amenities will include a clubhouse, a pool, green space and a fitness center. There will be 320 parking spaces…
