KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – One person was shot and killed in east Kansas City, the Kansas City Police Department said Wednesday.
Officers responded to E 23rd Street and Topping Avenue around 7:40 a.m. on August 27 on reports of a shooting.
