Independence woman charged with arson after lighting apartment on fire

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – An Independence woman has been charged with arson after admitting to lighting her apartment on fire over the weekend.

Angelic D. Ogden, 45, of Independence, is charged with one count of first-degree arson after a fire at the Quarry Ridge Apartments on Sunday afternoon.
