KANSAS CITY-NORTH — Aaron M. Perez-Engel, 38, has been charged with first-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and armed criminal action as a result of Perez-Engel’s actions on the afternoon of Saturday, Aug. 30 in the 5200 block of North Oak Trafficway. He is currently in the Clay County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond. His next court appearance will be Sept. 10.
Both charges are listed as felonies.
